Hooded Horse is excited to announce that Untitled Studio’s medieval management game, Blacksmith Master, is about to leave the early access forge! It will launch into 1.0 for PC via Steam, GOG, Epic Games Store, and the Microsoft Store on November 19, 2026 – a date that definitely doesn’t align with any big triple-A game launches.
Take up the mantle of a blacksmith with big dreams in this humble management game. Develop a small trade venture into a lucrative smithing empire with more complex blueprints, expanded production chains, and highly skilled workers. Fulfill bulk orders from afar, or set up a storefront to pad the coffers with a steadier income on the rocky road to success.
Blacksmith Master’s 1.0 release will add Master Workers to the roster. With specialist staff lending their expert hand, players can unlock unique items, sets, and abilities for each profession, improving productivity across the board. Siege Machines like Ballistas, Catapults, Cannons, and Battering Rams will also help arm the kingdom. These complex constructions are designed to challenge even the most efficient and dedicated workshop team.
Since launching into early access, Blacksmith Master has seen some exciting updates, from coin-minting mechanics to game progression and salary rebalances, and quality-of-life improvements such as total overhauls of the staff menu and the mastery tree that governs employee skills.
Blacksmith Master is localized from English into German, French, Spanish, Italian, Polish, Czech, Hungarian, Turkish, Ukrainian, Russian, Brazilian Portuguese, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, Thai, Korean, and Japanese.
Blacksmith Master is currently available on PC via early access through Steam, GOG, Epic Games Store, and the Microsoft Store for $19.99 / £17.99 / €19.99 / ¥1,980.
