Ukrainian developer Vladyslav Fomenko has announced that Remote Reaper: FPV Combat Drone Simulator will leave Early Access and launch its 1.0 version on Steam on October 14, 2026.
The launch date is revealed alongside a new trailer, released as part of Ukrainian Games Festival 2026.
Developed in ongoing collaboration with active military drone pilots, Remote Reaper is an FPV combat drone simulator focused on recreating the challenges of operating a drone in modern combat conditions. Players must contend with electronic warfare, deteriorating video and control signals, limited battery life, changing weather, and a variety of ground and aerial targets.
Remote Reaper entered Steam Early Access on April 4, 2025 and currently holds a 92% positive rating across more than 230 reviews. During Early Access, the game has expanded with online co-op, a mission editor and Steam Workshop support, additional drone customization, and broader support for FPV radio controllers.
A free demo is available now on Steam. Remote Reaper is also 20% off until August 24 as part of the Ukrainian Games Festival 2026 sale.
