Solo developer Anas Sammak has released the free demo for INURE, a first-person cosmic survival horror game developed independently in Damascus over more than two years.
INURE follows Detective Marc Whitecloud as his investigation into 28 disappearances pulls him into the Dreamlands—a hostile place where the rules of reality no longer hold.
The approximately one-hour demo combines exploration and combat with scarce ammunition, limited inventory space, consumable crafting and physics-driven interaction. Players can lift and move objects, physically open doors and manipulate the environment while searching for a way through the Dreamlands.
The demo is available now for Windows and currently supports English.
